• Can be found in a chest in Soulflayer Canyon, Second Level Underground. More specifically, its in the easternmost chest in Leaper's Ledge, next to some flowers.
• Can be found in chests in the Ward of Regret on Bitterblack Isle, one of those is in a locked cell that requires a Skeleton Key to open.
