  • "Weapon Skills" in-game includes both primary and secondary melee attacks, such as Burst Strike or Fivefold Flurry as well as spells cast with magick weapons, like Miasma, or Sixfold Bolt - only Core Skills are unaffected and can still be used when stifled.
  • Skill Stifling prevents manual canceling of skills such as Immolation, Wind Harness, Invisibility, and Perfect Defense (though Perfect Defense can also be [Jump] cancelled). It doesn't prevent automatic canceling of such skills when the end of the usual skill duration is reached.
