Ser Octavio maintains the rest camp known as Travelers' Rest in the Windworn Valley. He offeres Character Services including depositing items into storage, learning and setting skills and augments, and a place for sleeping for 100 Gold. There is also Riftstone and Knowledge Chair at his camp.
