Rat

Rats (or Mice) are a type of fauna in Dragon's Dogma.

Description

Not to be confused with the Giant Rat; Rats (possibly also mice) are harmless rodents that may drop a Scrag of Beast or Rotten Egg when killed. Unlike the Giant Rat, this smaller rodent does not attack and poses no significant threat.

Mice are so small they are difficult to spot, but their squeaks give them away. They are common in the Venery in Gran Soren, day and night. A mischief of small Rats can also be found in The Warriors' Respite on Bitterblack Isle. They may also be seen where Giant Rats are found.

Notes

  • Rats and Giant Rats have separate kill count listings in the Enemies sub-menu in the History section of the pause menu.
  • During the quest An Innocent Man, Ansell shows a morbid fear of mice and will stand rooted to the spot, frozen with terror if any are near.
