Periphery is an augment available in Dragon's Dogma.

- "Helps keep your footing when you block attacks with your shield."
Periphery increases blocking ability when blocking with shields - with the augment equipped an attack that would normally break one's guard may be successfully blocked.
Notes[]
- The increase in resistance (Blocking ability or "shield stability") is not shown in the stats
- Useful with shields with weak blocking ability such as the Rusted Magick Shield, and against enemies with powerful attacks.
- Also works on fighter shields, e.g. the Rusted Shield is noticeably improved.
