Meloirean Armor Set is armor available in Dragon's Dogma.
Description
- "Armor wrought from durable Meloirean steel. Its dull sheen catches the eye."
- Core Set Pieces
- Meloirean Helm [Head Armor]
- Meloirean Plate [Torso Armor]
- Meloirean Armguard [Arms Armor]
- Meloirean Greaves [Leg Armor]
- Accessory Pieces
A fine quality armor with excellent physical defensive values, including knockdown and stagger. the partially-armored second hand suggests it is designed for a vocation utilising a shield, and the relatively low magic defense suggests that fighter would be the ideal vocation to don this suit.
The post-game Dragon Knight's Cloak perfectly matches this set, and two of its three resistances. The Adventurer's Cloak is also a good match and complements the armor's resistances. Like its lesser quality cousin, the Heavy Iron Armor Set, the perfect cape for this set is not available until much later after the first opportunity to acquire the rest of the set.
The emblem on the meloirean plate carries symbols representing the magickal elements, i.e. fire, ice, thunder etc. These are the same arms as found on the Royal Surcoat.[1] The central element is similar to that found on the Orilux Shield.
An armored underset is essential for this suit, as it only give protection on certain areas - the Chain Mail Set is one option.
