Description
A peddler located just outside the gate of the Greatwall Encampment.
He sells a variety of goods including some rare materials and some of the strongest armor obtainable (before The Final Battle is completed).

Notes
Mathias' speciality is in selling mid-stage gear earlier than any other vendor. Weapons and Armor that are typically only available to buy at Stage 4 from other vendors, Mathias sells at Stage 1, and those typically only available to buy at Stage 5, Mathias sells at Stage 4.
Mathias is the only place where Font of Fire, Gryphic Cloak, Royal Surcoat, Royal Cuisses, Royal Mantle and Divine Surcoat can be purchased. A number of his Curatives, Tools and Materials are also rare to obtain before entering Post-Game.
