Jewels

Magick Jewels that allow simple spells to be cast by anyone.

If the jewel is used when holding Aneled Weapons, Rusted Weapons, or Golden Weapons any affected by the spell's sigil may also be inflicted with the debilitation associated with the weapon. The debilitating power of these additional effects comes from the weapon. There is no additional debilitating effect with elementally enchanted weapons.
