- The caster may move at slow walking pace whilst the spell is active.
- The spell ends when the caster runs out of stamina, or is staggered.
- Can be cancelled early with [jump]
- Once incanted there's a non-skippable intonantion during which the caster cannot move - this lasts around 4s.
- High Blearing has a larger spell radius, uses more stamina, allows faster movement, and strikes faster.
- In cases where the debilitation is slow to take hold, the augment Magnitude can be equipped to increase the chance to debilitate.
- Can inflict non-elemental debilitations from the staff.
- High Blearing seems to be ~25% stronger than Blearing in terms of debilitation potency per tick.
