Hellfang is a DLC weapon available in Dragon's Dogma.
Description[]
- "A silver shield wrought in the likeness of a wolf. Especially effective against beastly animals."
Hellfang doubles attack power against beasts, including Wolves, Direwolves, and Wargs, as well as less dangerous fauna including Oxen, Boars, Rabbits, and Spiders. Hellhounds, Garm, Chimeras, and Gorechimeras also take much increased damage.

- Purchased as a part of Weapon Pack: The Monster Hunter DLC, applicable only for the original Dragon's Dogma version of the game. One Hellfang is added to the storage, and additional copies of this shield can be purchased at The Black Cat.

Notes[]
- Both total physical and magickal attack power of shield attacks are doubled, giving greater than double damage when facing beasts.
- No damage boost on Dragonkin, Cockatrices, Saurians, Goblins, Harpys, Cyclops, or Ogres.
- The shield skill Sheltered Assault does not get a power boost vs beasts.
- In Dark Arisen, this weapon can be gifted to another Pawn.
