This very heavy armor can be used by Fighters, Mystic Knights, and Warriors; only the Cloak is usable by all Vocations. The relatively low magic defense, and full armor coverage makes this suit ideal for the Warrior.
The longsword Gryphic Victory is perfect match for the set.
The Silver Chainmail Set is a good choice of underarmor to complement this heavily armored suit.

The set can be bought from Mathias at the Greatwall Encampment (at Stage 4, and later from Alon in the Ancient Quarry, at Caxton's Armory, from Jayce at the Rest Camp, and from Barroch on Bitterblack Isle (Stage 4).
Gryphic Victory can only be obtained from Ser Berne as quest reward, or as an extremely rare drop from a chest atop The Greatwall. The Gryphic Cloak is only sold by Mathias but can be found elsewhere.
Additionally a full set can be obtained with luck from chests at the Bluemoon Tower. Parts of the set can be obtained from chests or Weapon Piles in places distant from Gran Soren including The Blighted Manse, the Proving Grounds, Soulflayer Canyon, The Greatwall, and The Tainted Mountain Temple.
