Trivia[]
- The term 'galvanic' comes from the surname of the 18th century scientist Luigi Galvani who discovered the stimulating action of electricity on animal muscles (see also Galvanism). The name has since come to be used in all manner of electrical related processes.
- Since the term has a post Renaissance origin it could be considered an 'anachronism' in the medieval inspired world of Dragon's Dogma.
