Monomi Armor Set is DLC armor available in Dragon's Dogma.
Description[]
- "Lightweight armor unique to the assassins of a foreign land. They say its wearer is as one with the shadows."
A set intended for dagger-wielding classes with decent Ice resistance, and additional debilitation resistance to Poison and Blindness. In exchange, its other elemental resistances are lowered.
Intended for Striders, Assassins, Magick Archers and Rangers. Only the Cloak is usable by all Vocations.

- Purchased as a part of Armor Pack: Demon's Protection DLC. One set will be received in inn storage free of charge; additional pieces of the set can then be purchased at The Black Cat.
- In Dark Arisen, this must be purchased from The Black Cat.
Note[]
- The Monomi Coat has a special graphical effect in-game - it emits an aura of frosty air - indicating its ice resistance.
- In the japanese localisation these armors are named using rÅmaji. eg ćć³ćøć£ć³ć¼ć [NinjakÅto] ("ninja coat"), ćć³ćøć£ć°ćŖć¼ć [NinjagurÄ«bu] ("ninja greave"), ćć³ćøć£ććć©ć¼ [NinjamafurÄ] ("ninja muffler") etc.
- "Ninja" is the On'yomi (Sino-Japanese reading) of the kanji that refer to the japanese reading "shinobi". In the west "ninja" has been the commonly used term. (source wikipedia:Shinobi). Thus western inspired phonetics is used to render the chinese language origin word for an east asian inspired armor in the japanese language version...!
- "monomi" is probably intended to mean the kanji ē©č¦ , which can be interpreted to mean either a spy, or watch-guard. (It can be a synonym of 'shinobi' or 'ninja').
