Badge of Vows 73 is a Badge of Vows medal obtained during the From A Different Sky quest of the same number. The badge is the remnant of a former Riftstone, collecting it earns a reward of Rift Crystals.
In the original Dragon's Dogma, Badge of Vows 73 is obtained as part of the From A Different Sky - Part 8 DLC quest pack, in Dark Arisen, the quest is included in the base game.

Found on top of some partially quarried stone outside the entrance to The Ancient Quarry west of the Miner's Hut.
Picking up this item grants a reward of 2 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.
Walkthrough[]
Head to the quarry's entrance onto the Estan Plains - the badge is on top of a rock to the right of the entrance.
If jumped on before the pawn's can destroy it a crate can be used as a stepping stone up to the top of the rock. Alternative methods include using a frigor ice block, stacking barrels, or any other method suitable for gaining a little extra height from a jump, such as Stepping Stone.
