Dragonsbreath Tower is a location in Dragon's Dogma II.

Description[]

Dragonsbreath Tower is located southwest of the city of Bakbattahl in the Wyrmsblood Forest. The Arisen must defeat the Dragon here in order to progress the personal story with Sigurd. He will reward the Arisen with the Maister's Teaching skill for the Mystic Spearhand vocation, Wild Furie, upon completion.

In addition, the Arisen can receive the achievement, "Roost of the Dragon", upon reaching the tower.

Quests[]

There is no quest requirement to reach Dragonsbreath Tower. The Arisen can reach Dragonsbreath Tower as soon as they unlock the Battahl region. If the Arisen repels the Dragon during the quest, “Readvent of Calamity" in Melve. Sigurd will appear at the foot of Dragonsbreath Tower. After defeating the Dragon within the tower, Sigurd will reward the Arisen with Wild Furie.

Notes[]

  • Player must progress through Captain Brant's main story quests in order to gain access to the Battahl region.
  • Player will meet Sigurd during the quest, “Readvent of Calamity", but does not need to finish it in order to unlock the vocation or gain the Maister's Teaching.
  • If player hasn't received the Maister's Teaching scroll, Sigurd may need a higher Affinity level. Providing gifts will raise Affinity with him.
  • If Sigurd is missing, or does not show up, check the Morgue to make sure he didn't die at some point earlier.
  • The Dragon in Dragonsbreath Tower is the same dragon that attacked Melve during the "Readvent of Calamity" quest.
