The Chimera is a creature in Drgaon's Dogma II.

Information and Stats[]
Four-legged, three-headed monsters bearing the visage of a lion, a goat and a serpent. Each head has its own method of attack, including the ability to bite, cast magick and poison foes.
Tactics[]
The lion part is weak to magic attacks, while the goat is physical and the snake is both, the snake head can be killed if kill by the head or middle body it dies, attacked near the back end it can be chopped off.
The goat casts a sleep spell that forms a ring on the ground if Arisen or Pawn is in will cause them to fall asleep, the goat head can cast other spells.
While it as no elemental weakness, it can still be set on fire thanks to its fur by focusing them with oil or tarring arrow

.Waterfall cave (After Feast of Deception it becomes the Gorechimera).
.Mountain ruins (Normally at elven ruins)
.Guerco Mountain path, a Chimera can be found in a cave.
.Frontier Shrine (a Chimera guards the entrance to the shrine a rainy valley there is also a Minotaur)

Unmoored world
Some can appaer random at some parts of the unmoored world map a good chance the Arisen would face maybe a pair or with other monsters or both
Notes[]
- The chimeras of Dragon's Dogma II have more spell types/powerful spells than the first game.
- When the lion is killed the goat takes over, the legs are up and the goat has more attacks than the first game.
- Gorechimeras are undead Chimeras, meaning some Chimeras like at Waterfall cave said Chimera becomes the Gorechimera.
