The Cassardi Flamberge can only be acquired from Aestella's in Cassardis. Aestella begins to sell the sword shortly before The Final Battle - high affinity may be required with her to obtain this item.
Grimgoblins wield a smaller version of this blade singlehanded. Malignance is a very similar design but with an ice enchantment.
