Badge of Vows 93 is a Badge of Vows medal obtained during the From A Different Sky quest of the same number. The badge is the remnant of a former Riftstone, collecting it earns a reward of Rift Crystals.
In the original Dragon's Dogma, Badge of Vows 93 is obtained as part of the From A Different Sky - Part 10 DLC quest pack, in Dark Arisen, the quest is included in the base game.

Found amongst the high rocks of Moonsbit Pass.
Picking up this item grants a reward of 1 Rift Cluster and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.
Walkthrough[]
Moonsbit Pass Follow the quest marker to the cliffside northeast of the Mountain Cottage. Continue past it until reaching the gap depicted in Fig. 1. A very long jump to the other side is required to reach the badge. Combinations of running jumps, Levitate, Double Vaults, Sunflare, or Sky Rapture will be required to reach the other side.
The most direct way across is to use the Magick Archer's Sunflare dagger skill in conjunction with a double vault. Sunflare provides the additional distance required to cross the gap. The gap can also be crossed by exploring the nearby terrain and selecting a different crossing point that can be traversed with a normal double vault. The view in Fig. 2 looks back across the gap towards the Mountain Cottage.
Once across the gap, follow the quest marker to the badge. Once the badge is picked up the quest will successfully conclude. The gap need not be crossed in return. The party can use a Ferry Stone to travel to the next destination. Alternatively, descend the treacherous terrain carefully.
