Badge of Vows 92 is a Badge of Vows medal obtained during the From A Different Sky quest of the same number. The badge is the remnant of a former Riftstone, collecting it earns a reward of Rift Crystals.
In the original Dragon's Dogma, Badge of Vows 92 is obtained as part of the From A Different Sky - Part 10 DLC quest pack, in Dark Arisen, the quest is included in the base game.

Found on a ledge on the west side of the Prayer Falls.
Picking up this item grants a reward of 3 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.
Walkthrough[]
Follow the quest marker to the west side of Prayer Falls in Cursewood. Standing as close to the edge as possible, it will appear as if the party is right on top of the quest marker but no badge will be visible. Look down over the edge. There is a small ledge just below. It is moderately difficult to land on that ledge so, for insurance, it is advisable to save. Drop down and search near the wall to find the badge. The quest marker can assist in finding it. The badge may be hidden by Arisen. However, the right hand side of the screen will identify a Badge of Vows at that position. It is on the north edge in the downstream direction.
Move carefully. The ledge is small. Take care not to fall off and get wet. Pick up the badge. Picking up Badge of Vows #92 successfully completes the Notice Board quest. Rather than take a risk, once the quest is successfully completed, the most prudent course is to use a Ferry Stone to take the party to the next destination.
