Overview
A quest item. The self-titled quest to activate this item may be found on the lower level Notice Board in the Pawn Guild. Picking up this item grants a reward of 2 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience.
Location
Gran Soren on the roof of Arsmith's Alehouse. This quest is a Post-Game quest that is best undertaken before the Main Story quest, A Warm Welcome.

Follow the quest marker and ascend to roof level upon nearing the quest marker. There are several possible approaches--the walkthrough below provides a convenient route. The badge is lying out in the open as shown in the picture above. Pick it up to successfully complete the quest.
Walkthrough
The starting point S shown in the image below is between the two towers at the southern entrance of Gran Soren. Go inside the northwestern tower and climb the stairs to the second floor. Climb the ladder on the second floor to reach the third floor. Head north through the archway to reach the ramparts outside. Follow the pathway northwest, then northeast to the first rooftop. Jump down on this rooftop and head southeast until you reach the gap in the street between the two buildings. Jump due south towards the lower rooftop. Head east across this rooftop, ascending as necessary until you reach the badge.
