A quest item. The self-titled quest to activate this item may be found on the lower level Notice Board in the Pawn Guild. Picking up this item grants a reward of 3 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience.
Location
Cassardis near the beach shoreline. It sits on a rock in the ocean.
Walkthrough
Levitate can be used to reach the rock. It can also be reached with a running start and well timed jumps.
