Badge of Vows 100 is a Badge of Vows medal obtained during the From A Different Sky quest of the same number. The badge is the remnant of a former Riftstone, collecting it earns a reward of Rift Crystals.
In the original Dragon's Dogma, Badge of Vows 100 is obtained as part of the From A Different Sky - Part 10 DLC quest pack, in Dark Arisen, the quest is included in the base game.

Found high up on a rock spire at Hillfigure Knoll.
Picking up this item grants a reward of 2 Rift Clusters and 1,000 experience. This item can be duplicated at The Black Cat for 18,750 Gold.
Walkthrough[]
Travel to Hillfigure Knoll in Northface Forest, and find a way to the top of the tall spire of rock.
Pick up the badge to conclude the quest.
Climbing method[]
The badge is located near the tip of a spire of rock, at Hillfigure Knoll, Northface Forest. Scale the rock to obtain Badge of Vows #100.
Scaling the rock is tricky but quite feasible. The jumps can be made without undue difficulty but a careful touch is required.
Harpy method[]
It is also possible to use a snow harpy to reach the top of the spire.
