Badge of Vows

Badges of Vows are items obtained from the From A Different Sky quests - there are 100 numbered quests and badges in total. They are items found in locations of former Riftstones.

"The riftstones you see are not eternal. As Arisen and the pawns that use them, age after age, time takes its toll... the slabs crumble, their otherworldly light solidifying into small medallions. One could call them proof of the pledge between Arisen and his pawns... Arisen. Touch this proof and rededicate yourself to the bond."

The badges are located in various increasingly obscure or hard to reach places. The quests that request the badges are sequentially named From a Different Sky (№ 1-100), and are obtained from the Pawn Guild basement Notice Board.

The quests were originally released as DLC for Dragon's Dogma as a set of ten sequentially named quest packs "From A Different Sky - Parts 1-10". They were released on May 22, 2012 at $0.99 each. A collection of the all the quest packs were released as "From a Different Sky - Bundle Pack" for $6.99 on Aug 7, 2012. All the quests are included in Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.

Rewards[]

Each badge acquired gives a reward of 1,000 Exp. (base reward) and at least one Rift Cluster.

Badges 13, 14, 20, 21, 22, 37, 40, 42, 43, 52-55, 57-60, 71-75, 79, 82, 86, 89, 91, 94, and 100 give one additional Rift Cluster.
Badge 38, 44, 47, 49, 56, 64, 70, 80, 88, 92-95, and 99 give three Rift Clusters.

Availability[]

Only six badge of vows quests can be taken on at a time - no more will show on the noticeboard until less than six are active. Additionally some badges do not become available until certain stages of the Arisen's quest. The badges cannot be found in the world until their quest is accepted.

In New Game Plus badges can be simply taken out of storage when acquiring the quest for instant completion - badges do not need to be re-acquired.
